My passion for participatory and immersive experiences has been central to my work, blending art, technology, and nature to create transformative experiences.
I have created participatory projects that connect people with the environment through storytelling and collective creation. My works such as Wonderfolk (Woodhorn Mine - Creative People and Places) and Heartfelt (Green Man Festival) invite co-creator communities and audiences to engage deeply with personal and collective memory, in outdoor, site-specific settings.
As Head of Programme for Trigger have worked on large-scale public artworks, including The Hatchling—an awe-inspiring puppet dragon, which captivated 30,000 in Plymouth and worked with 1,000 people in community engagement. The Hatchling also played a key role in the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Pageant, broadcast live to over 40,000 people, and earned a silver award at the Devon Tourism Awards. I also worked on PoliNations, a £7.5 million interactive art installation in Birmingham for the 2022 Commonwealth Games, which engaged over 2,000 people in co-growing the forest garden and drew 250,000 visitors.
